Middle School Program

MIDDLE SCHOOL CURRICULUM:

Welcome to the Middle School Curriculum site!

The District’s Middle School program focuses on developing the whole child through rigorous core classes and opportunities to explore interests and talents through the Unified Arts experiences. A continued focus on the social and emotional needs of adolescents guides all learning experiences at the middle level.

The Hendrick Hudson graduate leaves our learning community well prepared for the next part of their journey - whether college, career, or military service. Students take with them the skills and dispositions necessary to be successful, responsible global citizens and problem solvers.

The links to the right will provide an overview of the teaching and learning in each academic department for each grade level, as well as World Languages and the Unified Arts programs - (Art, Health, Music, Physical Education, STEM and Tech).
